The tumble belt shot blasting machine is ideally suited for the mass production of tumbleable parts. The Q32 model is available in various sizes and can handle single filling/loads of up to 1000 kg (430 liter capacity).

The tumble belt shot blasting machine features an endless perforated belt in the shape of a drum. The workpieces can be loaded manually or using a special loading device in the drum, and during the belt rotation the workpieces begin to roll and turn, resulting in a high-quality blasting of the entire surface of the workpiece. To empty the shot blasting machine, the belt rotation switches to a turning mode in the opposite direction.The drum shot blasting machine is ideal for cleaning and finishing mass parts such as castings and small fabricated parts. All models operate independently and include automatic sweeping, collection, abrasive separation and dust collection. No special foundation or additional ducting is required.

The machine housing is protected by a wear-resistant manganese steel lining. The high efficiency of the drum shot blasting machine is due to the continuous abrasive handling and recovery system for the continuous return and cleaning of the blasting media, as well as the efficient shot blasting wheels made of wear-resistant material.

If you want to automate the process, the workpieces can be loaded into the machine by mean of the hydraulic loader, which is made according to the specific requirements of the customer. During unloading, the parts fall onto a vibrating or unloading conveyor belt and are transported to the next operation.
